We are home, had a nice trip five hour drive down for a surprise 25th anniversary party for hubbies daughter. Our job was to keep them away all day Sunday until three p.m hard one but I did it, first we had a nice breakfast at a country cafe then to the casino and last but best of all a foot massage like no other, reflexology, I could handle that every day, on the way home she wanted to shop for a special shrimp dinner but I said I really need to go home you can shop after you let me out so I did it and I have a hard time keeping secrets, lol. They were totally surprised about thirty people showed up several from miles away, great party and a nice little vacation for us but always good to be back home. I know baby missed me he slept with me all night the first night we got back.
Off to the doctor she was pissed but she will come back fixed and with her shots so no more babies and hopefully Leo the dog has his friend back, she will stay at the vet until she is well enough to just be let go because she is one wild woman! She calmed down a little, and yes the babies found a home, all but two and we need to try and catch them, it would be nice if people fixed all their animals and then they would not have to just drop them off on other people to worry about.
I have not blogged on Sunday for some time. Sometimes we get in a rut and forget about fun, last night we had three couples over for dinner and a few hands of cards,we all had fun and our tummies were full.
Another shot of the new babies which I need to find homes for and wild mom needs to be caught and fixed, that should be fun. Sometimes I wonder what kind of people just drop their animals out in the country not knowing if they ever find a home. Have you ever thought about how they treat their children.
This is a photo my friend took last night at midnight. We had a freaky storm for northern California he e-mailed me this early this afternoon and said what was you doing at midnight? We were also wide awake listening to the down pour of rain which we do not need in June. I just wanted to share this with all of you, not always sunny California!
This is where baby hides to sleep and just lounge around he thinks no one knows where he is, the table cloth falls down and he is in his safe place, Jake hides under the bed almost all day and the he goes out for the night.
